The Netherlands offers one of the few legal and safe spaces for psilocybin-assisted healing. Nestled in the serene forests of Loenen, Het Zonnehuis is a sanctuary of silence, connection, and ancient remembrance. Here, nature joins us as co-facilitator.

Rooted in the Medicine Wheel
Our retreat follows the cycle of the Medicine Wheel, an ancient framework for healing, transformation, and return to wholeness. Each day we journey through a direction, guided by elemental wisdom, ancestral presence, and embodied rituals.

Trauma Healing with Psilocybin Truffles
Held in sacred ceremony, psilocybin truffles gently support the release of stored trauma and rewire pathways of safety, love, and soul truth. Our facilitators hold space for deep emotional work with care, clarity, and compassion.

1. Retreat Schedule, Walking the Medicine Wheel
Our journey unfolds through the sacred directions of the Medicine Wheel, each guided by a powerful archetypal animal. Together, they illuminate the path of deep transformation, from intention to release, from healing to integration, and ultimately, to vision and rebirth.

Sunday – ARRIVAL & OPENING SACRED SPACE
We begin by opening the ceremonial container, calling in the four directions and setting the tone of reverence, safety, and connection.

2. South – The Way of the Serpent
Symbol: Serpent – Sachamama
Essence: Shedding the past, releasing what no longer serves, learning to walk softly on the earth.
Theme: Grounding, intention, connection
When: Sunday evening & Monday morning
We set our sacred intentions, ground into the body, and arrive fully in the here and now. Through breath, meditation, and earth-based practices, we begin the process of releasing the old skin.
Monday evening : Fire ceremony.

3. West – The Way of the Jaguar
Symbol: Jaguar – Otorongo
Essence: Facing the shadow, transforming fear, reclaiming power.
Theme: Emotional honesty, embodied self-inquiry, courage
When: Monday afternoon & Tuesday ceremony
We prepare to enter the ceremonial space. The first psilocybin truffle ceremony on Tuesday invites us to meet the shadow, release trauma, and reconnect with the soul in truth and tenderness.

4. North – The Way of the Hummingbird
Symbol: Hummingbird – Siwar Q’enti
Essence: Trusting the journey, tasting the nectar of life, integrating wisdom.
Theme: Integration, ancestral healing, clarity
When: Wednesday (integration) & Thursday (second ceremony)
On Wednesday, we soften through movement, emotional expression, and a fire ritual to digest the insights from the first ceremony.
On Thursday, we enter the second truffle ceremony, a deeper descent into ancestral realms and soul memory, where we remember, retrieve, and reclaim what was lost.

5. East – The Way of the Eagle
Symbol: Eagle , Apuchin
Essence: Vision, expansion, rising above the story to see the bigger picture.
Theme: Creative integration, spiritual vision, renewal
When: Friday & Saturday morning
Friday brings creative expression, nature walks, and integration through movement and art.
On Saturday we gather in a cacao ceremony and closing fire ritual, in the evening anchoring the vision for your life ahead.

Sunday – RETURN TO CENTER
Final circle, reflection, and heartfelt farewells. You leave carrying the medicine, the vision, and the blessing of all four directions within you.
